Thanks for asking about my ride and yoga. Yoga was lovely - the bike ride is a bit tough - about 35 minutes each way...wouldn't be too bad but it's got some pretty good climbs as we are up in the mountains. I get home and don't have any energy left for ironing - NOT! hehehe

Hi all - here with a MzT update:
She is home from the docs. Biopsy as expected - cancer free! She will probably have to go back for a scope as soon as 2 years from now as the surgeon said, "If you grew one, you can grow another." Not happy news, but for now she is cancer free and doing More...

Morning Mariana, Ally is still asleep so I don't know about today, but last night her temperature had gone back to normal and she was left with the runny nose/bad cough. She isn't complaining much at all!

Hope you feel much better soon, though with your kids it's almost great to be sick to see how wonderful they are...
