I am more concerned for Heidi and her problems as it will take some getting over and with no real support and lots of animals to care for you are not going to get lots of that real rest you need to help your recovery.

Yesterday I zipped over town to do one thing and was about to zip home again when I realised that I was free to wander around a little. I wandered around a couple of shops, got bored and came home!

Suzy, I grew up west of Sydney on the Nepean River. (That was our 'back' fence.)I must post some picture of the old heritage listed farm house that was burnt down in the 2001 Christmas day fires. (we sold in 2000)

June! How sad that the house was lost! Although it was lucky for you that it had sold before the fires (and that you weren't there during the fires!!!!) it is sad to lose some of our history.

Suzy, just put up some photos. Sad to see the home go but it was not being lived in at the time and it was harder to see it disintergrating.
I have lots of photos of all parts of the house and farm and even a very discoloured painting done in 1918. Our family purchased the property in 1930.
