Yesterday Ebob was blowing her nose constantly and dropping the tissues beside her. Normally I would insist on her getting up and picking them up herself and giving her the 'do you want to make the whole house sick' and the 'how gross' lectures, but instead used the tongs from the fireplace to pick them up myself! See, I know how to give TLC!!

Ummm. Hubby laughed at me last night because I sprayed the lounge that Ebob had been lying on after she went to bed.... I don't usually do that, but I really don't want to get sick!!!!

When we were feeding the kookaburras this afternoon a rainbow lorikeet landed on Laura's head. She was not sure what to make of that. We had to go and get some food for the lorikeet and Laura held the bowl and the bird sat on the edge as it usually does.One of the kookas sometimes takes the meat out of her hand .

I feel like when Suzy shows up with bubbly or wine at 8 a.m....not feeling as vibrant as "Felix the Cat" this morning. Had a great party here with the neighbors yesterday afternoon and evening. Mike made Mexican fare - homemade everything...very yummy. I cleaned it all up which is why I'm not feeling so vibrant this morning!
