After the news story this morning about the number of Australians who are overweight or obese I calculated my BMI - 25. Which means I considered to be almost overweight, right on the border. I would like to lose a couple of kilos, but I wear size 10 jeans (size 6 US)!! That BMI calculation is TOUGH!

Hello everybody. This is me today... Why would I be crying you ask. Well...let me tell you. It is almost the end of June and I had to light the fire it was so cold in here. Here I thought summer had finally arrived but it was just a tease.

Becky, I have been a size 2, BLW - before leaving work. I actually went back to a size 2 (US) after my first child, but started gaining weight when I quit full time work. I can't believe they told you that you needed to lose weight at 98lb! (7 stone nothing) Size 2 would have been baggy on you! I was actually a couple of pounds heavier than that.

Had lunch at the shops with hubby (had a second meal free voucher ) And got a winter top for my daughter reduced from $80 to $56.
We will put the aircon on heat a bit later on.It is 19*c in our back room.

Oh Rena, I sure do hope it is hot when you get here, after all, it will almost be our summer.
But then, we have been known to have the fire going on Christmas Day.

I have been busy looking up the hotels we will stay in Malaysia. Trip booked with Probus so we have just paid our money while someone else did all the bookings. Looks like a good trip. Thought I should find out a bit about what we will see etc.
