My cold has settled in a bit more than I wanted so will have a quiet day.
There is a fun day at the bowling club today which I have pulled out of as I need to be better by Tuesday when I will be playing in a triples competition.
On Thursday I am meeting up with Sydney Kate and Melbourne Kate.

Suzy, polenta is the same thing as cornmeal and no, it does not have a rising agent in it. If you use self raising flour, that should have more than enough in it.

Suzy, if It were me, I would still add some baking powder even if you use the self rising flour with the plain polenta. Maybe half the amount or a bit more, as flour is less than half the total amount. Just how i would do it. you would probably get a heavier " bread" withoutit, but totally still eatable.

No I am not still up, I am back up again. I forgot to take my night time meds fore going to bed tonight. Now I am up waiting on them to work somewhat before going back to sleep. that wil learn me to take before going to bed!

So very close but so very fat, still. At least i got it closer for someoone!
