Hi all, topsider reporting back for chat duties. I've had my Canadian relatives here since Saturday and haven't had a minute/second to myself. Even if I had the time all the computers were in use. They left last night taking my youngest with them, she is staying out there for 4 weeks. Now I have to get on with clearing the house and doing all the washing.

Broni, hope everything goes well tomorrow, just remember sitting chatting on the computer isn't too stressful to do while recuperating
Rolanda, it cannot be a year since your boys birthdays, it doesn't seem to be 5 minutes since you told us how they were celebrating their 18th and 21st birthdays.
Time is going toooooo fast, we must be enjoying it too much

Rolanda, we have booked a two week holiday in our caravan on the south coast of England, Normans Bay, where William the Conqueror landed when he came to conquer England. It could just be Richard and I going this year so will be nice and peaceful.

Well I should go and catch up on work work, will leave housework till later.

Evening all! Finally getting to settle down. You wouldn't believe what the kids are doing tonight... They are sleeping in a tent in the paddock!! Hubby's idea. The weird thing is that we set up the tent, made the beds, carried the stuff back there, carried the food and drink, carried and walked More...

Forgot to add I told hubby I needed a frilly apron after tonight as I obviously have become a maid.

Rolanda, your boys were so cute! I checked out your gallery to see what they look like now, only they aren't there!!!! If they are pierced and studded I don't want to know..... I'll imagine them as still all sweet and innocent...

Lol Brenda, he says na, never had a thing for maids.... Cheeky! I told him he had to make the popcorn run, then one of the girls (there are 4 of them out there - 2 mine, 2 visitors) came in to use the 'convenience' and took the popcorn back with her. Huh! Nobody gets a full bladder when it's MY turn to deliver stuff!!!

June, I wouldn't dare use that beach, too many reports of a beached whale would be sent to the coast guard Apart from that the weather is normally a bit chilly for lying on the beach.
In all the years we have gone to Normans bay I have never seen anyone on that beach, not that I have passed it very often as it isn't accessible from the road.

The reports say Cooden beach has been used as a naturist beach for 30 years! Pleased you will not be using it. They do say the area is fairly windy!.
Have been to Hastings and Brighton about 4 times. Are the beaches at Norman's Bay pebbles like those at Brighton.

Yes June beaches are the same as Hastings and Brighton.. Pebbles and more pebbles, one good thing about the beach is you don't get sand in your picnic. The wind can be a problem if it is coming off the sea, but it isn't windy all of the time.
When you went to Brighton, June, did you go into the Lanes?

Been busy trying to organize Brendan's soccer team photos so I can give them to his team. 7 years and about 500 - 800 pictures per year, there are alot of pictures to sort. And that's just the digital ones!

I heard from Meghan this morning. She had another article published and they assigned a feature article to her! She said she is very tired and very hungry. I don't think she's eating enough or maybe she caught a parasite?? It's dangerous for her to get rundown because she has a tendancy to get deathly ill and then her asthma gets bad. Hopefully, she's just overdoing it at the moment.

Well i hope Broni is in bed asleep...and that she has organised a laptop to use in hospital to fill in any spare moments.....

I don't know if it is all boys, but Brendan leaves to be an instructor at his college's soccer camp on Saturday. He'll be gone for two weeks and then home for two days before he has to go back to college to meet up with his soccer team and then go to Italy with them. When he gets back, her starts More...

My niece graduated from American University in DC and her graduation party is this weekend. We'll be heading down to south Jersey(5 hour drive) on Saturday morning.
